In many situations, having received a coaching or training mean a decisive difference. Sensitive employee communication in a transformation process or a well-prepared speaker in a crisis situation determine the success or failure. In the field of crisis, we are currently supporting a company in the transport sector, an industry that is very susceptible to crises.
During the course of a one-day workshop, we trained six participants in crisis management and communication in theory and practice. Each participant was "pressed" with unpleasant, realistic questions by a journalist and accompanying TV cameraman and thus learned to directly apply and anchor the theoretical knowledge.
